It does not describe account registration, saved business projects, AI generation, authentication or payments at app.bplan.ai. Application access is currently restricted. The application opens at app.bplan.ai. Account access, AI generation, billing and exports depend on the application’s current availability and terms. A link from this website does not grant access to those features.
2. Page delivery and technical requests.
Your browser sends technical connection information when it requests a page, image, script, font or PDF. This can include an IP address, requested URL, request time and browser information sent with the request. Hosting and delivery providers handle those requests to return the requested content and protect the service.
Website delivery providers: Cloudflare Workers and Static Assets. Processing locations: Cloudflare global infrastructure; no single-country processing commitment.
Provider technical-data inventory: IP address and traffic-routing information, Request URL, potentially including query values, Technical request and connection information. Log purposes: Page delivery and service security; Cloudflare’s service records follow the purposes described in its Privacy Policy. Retention: Worker application logging is disabled; BPLAN AI keeps no website access-log store. Cloudflare service/security records follow its purpose-based retention and legal obligations, without a fixed deletion period stated here. URL/query handling: Cloudflare receives the requested URL. The Worker removes query values, cookies and authorization headers from static-asset subrequests. That does not remove the original request from Cloudflare’s ingress or security systems.
3. Numerical calculator inputs.
When you calculate a scenario, the selected format and numerical inputs are sent to this website in the calculation request URL. The native financial engine handles the scenario in temporary memory and returns the result. It does not create an account project or send these inputs to an AI provider.
The URL can be visible in browser tools and to network or hosting systems that handle the request. Temporary calculation does not mean that every technical request record is absent. Enter numerical planning scenarios without names, contact details or confidential information.

Calculation-provider technical-data inventory: The same technical request categories as website delivery, Calculator format and numerical input values in the request URL. Log purposes: Perform the requested calculation in temporary memory and protect the endpoint. Provider technical records have the purposes described above. Retention: The calculation retains no scenario after the request. Provider technical records follow the website retention criteria above. URL/query handling: Calculator inputs are GET query parameters and reach Cloudflare. The Worker parses them for the native calculation. It does not write a scenario to storage or send it to an AI provider; no global query-redaction promise is made.
4. Email enquiries.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, any name you provide and attachments you choose to send. We use this information to answer the enquiry, investigate a correction or handle a privacy request. Emailing us is optional; without the relevant details we may be unable to answer or reproduce an issue.
Email/support providers: Cloudflare Email Routing, Google Gmail. Processing locations: Cloudflare and Google infrastructure in multiple countries. Retention: Correspondence is kept in the operator’s Gmail mailbox without a fixed retention period and deleted manually as needed. You may request deletion through our privacy contact. Provider service records and backup removal follow the provider’s own policies.

5. Purposes and legal bases.
We use website requests to deliver content, calculator inputs to provide the scenario you request, technical records to operate and protect the website, and email information to handle your enquiry. The public calculator does not make a decision about your credit, funding, eligibility or legal rights.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in delivering and protecting this informational website, responding to requests made by you, and meeting applicable legal obligations. This website does not use consent as a basis for advertising or analytics because those features are not enabled.
6. Cookies, storage and analytics.
The website’s page and calculator code does not set cookies or use localStorage, sessionStorage, analytics, advertising pixels or optional third-party embeds. Fonts, scripts and illustrations are delivered as website assets. It has no account-registration, marketing-signup or contact-submission form.
Cloudflare may set security cookies when a challenge or another protection runs. These are separate from the website’s own code. See Cloudflare’s cookie documentation.
Catalogue and blog filters can appear in the page URL. Your browser can keep browsing/download history and downloaded files. These browser features are controlled by you. Read the cookie and browser-storage policy for this website’s scope.
7. Recipients and international processing.
The website, calculation and email providers identified above receive the information necessary to supply their respective services. An external link creates a request to that destination when you follow it; its operator has its own data practices.
Cloudflare and Google operate globally and may process information outside your country. Their privacy policies describe applicable transfer safeguards. We do not promise processing only in Wyoming or the United States.

The public website does not pass calculator scenarios into an application account. Opening app.bplan.ai creates a separate visit. Before submitting business content there, check the application’s current notices and availability.
8. Your choices, rights and complaints.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain uses. Send the request to our privacy contact. We may ask for information proportionate to verifying the request and will explain any applicable limits.
Send privacy questions and rights requests to info@bplan.ai. You can also stop using the calculator, close the website, remove downloads and clear relevant history with your browser’s controls.
You can contact our privacy email about a concern and, where applicable, complain to the competent data-protection or consumer-protection authority in your jurisdiction. Contacting us does not limit that right.
9. Audience and children.
This website is intended for adults planning a business. Its worked examples focus on the United States; readers in other countries need to check local requirements.
We do not ask children to submit personal information through this website. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support or privacy inbox, contact us so that we can assess and address it.
10. Changes to this policy.
We update this notice when the public website’s practices change and identify the effective date on the page. Additional tracking, forms or a changed calculation/data flow require an updated notice and any applicable controls before use.
